The Homing Attack is a move used by Amy Rose sparingly throughout the main series games. The Homing Attack is a attack used to quickly cover ground and lock on to a foe in order to attack them, or lock on to and hit a spring. The move is connected to the Jump Dash, which is used to quickly cover ground when not near a foe or spring.
